Hog Heaven is a leading Sturgis Rally campground offering Sturgis RV camping and Sturgis tent camping. Hog Heaven Campground is open only during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

Reservations are non-transferable.

Only the names of the people listed on your reservation will be allowed to check in. Names cannot be substituted at check in. Substituting names on a paid reservation is only allowable before July 1, 2025.

Refund Policy

80 percent until July 1, 2025. NO refunds after July 1. No credit for unused reservations.

Advance Reservations

Advance reservations are at the weekly rate, good from Wednesday, July 30th, to Sunday, August 10th, 12:00pm. Advance reservations guarantee a spot during the Sturgis Rally for the 11 days Hog Heaven Campground is open, regardless of how many nights you stay.

With an advance reservation, it's not necessary to inform Hog Heaven staff of your arrival or departure dates – your advance reservation is valid for the entire 11 days.

Daily Rates

Daily rates of $40/night per person are available at the gate ONLY if space allows. There is a 5-night maximum charge of $190 per person with a prepaid 5-night stay.

Arrival Times with RV hookup site

If you arrive after dark, for safety reasons you will be placed in the open area until morning.

Early Arrival

Campers who arrive before the official open date of Hog Heaven Campground will be assessed a special fee and will have access to only limited campground services. Early arrivals are from Sunday, July 27th to Tuesday, July 29th, 2025.

  • One shower house will be available
  • Port-o-potties will be available
  • RV hookup site can be used if reserved

Every early arrival will be required to check in at our Office upon arrival.

Required - Every Guest MUST Purchase a Wristband

Whether tent camping, self-contained camping, or staying on an RV hookup site, all guests must purchase a wristband. This is a per-person rate, and wristbands must be worn for the duration of your stay. Whenever entering our gate, you will be asked to show your wristband, so Hog Heaven Campground staff know you are a paid guest. When you stay at Hog Heaven Campground, you are able to take advantage of all on-site amenities.

Enter the number and names of people you are reserving for. Kids 12 and under are free.

Paid guests will receive a wristband, which they will be required to wear when they enter the grounds.

Options

If you are tent camping with a bike or personal vehicle, your wristband purchase is all you will need. If you are bringing any sort of enclosed bike trailer, open bike trailer, or self-contained camper, you will need to select the applicable rates below. If you would like to leave your trailer in our free trailer lot, you do not need to pay. These rates apply when leaving a trailer at your campsite. (Please read notes below and choose all that apply):

No hookups. No charge for trailers pulled behind bikes. No charge for trailers that fit on your RV hookup site. Daily rates of $20 per night per trailer are available during the rally only. If you don't need your trailer at your camp site, you may park it in our free parking area.

@ $85 each

No hookups. Your trailer or pickup bed camper is a self-contained camper (not a bike trailer) if it has plumbing in it. Pick your own site in the open camping areas. Daily rates of $25 per night per camper are available during the rally only.

@ $115 each

One plug-in provided per charge in the designated electric only area. No daily rates available during the rally.

One plug-in provided per charge in the designated electric only area. No daily rates available during the rally. Camper and tow vehicle must be 30 feet or shorter in combined length. Tow vehicle may be parked in our free parking area outside the front gate.

You must enter the length of your camper and tow vehicle that will be onsite, and that total cannot exceed 30 feet long. If camper and tow vehicle exceed 30 feet, the vehicle MUST be parked in our free parking lot, no exceptions! Hog Heaven Campground staff will be enforcing this policy. By reserving a 30’ site, you agree to comply with all size restrictions, or be asked to forfeit your site, NON-REFUNDABLE.

The Meadow

Located just south of The Pines. 50 amp electric, water and sewer hookups at each site. We have an RV dump station with fresh water. No daily reservations available during the rally. RV and tow vehicle must be 85 feet or shorter in combined length. Tow vehicle may be parked in our free parking area outside the front gate.

Early Arrival

If you will be here before we officially open on Wednesday, July 30, you must pay extra for early arrival. We will not allow anyone to camp earlier than Sunday, July 27, 2025. The campground only operates during the Rally!

Early Arrivals from Sunday, July 27, 2025 through Tuesday, July 29, 2025 can expect the following services:

  • 1 showerhouse open
  • port-o-potties will be set
  • gate open with security check
  • office open
  • your RV hookup site can be used if reserved
